You are not on trial, Aries, though it may seem that way. Someone is making observations about something you have done - something you take pride in. But you have to consider the source. You are dealing with someone who is often critical or judgmental. This person is insecure, and sometimes feels the need to harshly assess others as a means of feeling better about him/herself. You have no reason to feel insecure about anything. In fact, very soon you’ll see evidence that you and your work are highly thought of by those who really matter to your goal.

Sometimes, parents unwittingly label their children according to their most obvious talents and abilities. Johnny is gifted in math. Mary is the creative one. And so on. And sometimes, whether it’s our parents who do it or anyone else, we continue to confine ourselves to our labels, and to limit ourselves to the boundaries that other people set for us. You have a burning desire to do something special Aries, but you may not think you’re suited for it because no one else has ever praised you for it. But you can do anything you want to do - especially something that incites a burning desire.
